I have been blessed with the oppotunity to undergo rites of passages, and lessons on how to understand
that life is ceremony.
When we break down our experiences into a container of an event, if we look at it as a cermony
with beginning, middle and end, it because easier to get a snap shot of a microcosm which reflects the macrocosm of how we
chose to live life!
As I move through the stage called menopause. There is a clear
transition of who I am in every aspect of my life.

Johnnie Apple-seed, dropping seeds that could feed and empower for others to use as they will.
Now the pendulum moves the other way
I may be a crazy woman, but this is completely in keeping with this
time of my life.
Some call them Crones.
Some call them Wise women.
For the mountain to come to mohammad.
To find the world in a seed of grain.
To minimize effort with maximum efficiency.
To find the answers with-in instead of with-out.
So now I am my own best friend, no longer depending on other's approval,
or needing to be some man's chattel for survival or validation.
My next life’s cycle, as an elder, will be committed to:
Ømove with those people who actively shun masks, pretenses and political games
for reality, realism, mutual respect and win-win relationships,
Øwork in support of the matriarchal
way,
Ølook at the mirror of relationships,
Øruthlessly eliminate the toxins that pollute every level of existnace –
emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically.
Øutilizing my positons of influence to empower those seeking new levels of self
– response-ability from personal authority of positively impacting others from those choices, priorities and decisions.To listen and act on the voice within that speaks what is true for me.
I no longer need to:
Øprove myself in this man’s world,
Øcontrol those things outside my realm,
Øtake responsibility for things that are not mine,
Ørescue to save from pain,
Øregret what cannot be changed,
Ødefend my choices to those of a different way,
Ø no longer work against things,
but for that which heals, empowers, create joy, and builds relationships.
